7-Day Easy Return

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return Policy on eligible products.

A return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
The watch must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and free from scratches, marks, dents, or any signs of use.
All original packaging, product box, tags, protective films, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, charging cables, and any other items received with the product must be returned.
The product must not have been altered, repaired, resized, tampered with, or modified in any way.
The product and its packaging must be returned complete and in their original condition.

Return Inspection

All returned products will undergo a quality inspection after being received by Rayvon Watches.

The return will be approved only if the product meets our return eligibility conditions.

Rayvon Watches reserves the right to reject a return if:

The product shows signs of use or wear.
The watch has scratches, dents, physical damage, or other marks that were not present at the time of delivery.
The product has been altered, repaired, resized, or tampered with.
Any original accessory, tag, packaging, manual, charging cable, warranty card, or supplied item is missing or damaged.
The product is not returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Rayvon Watches Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the package and product condition for verification.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when opening your package, especially for claims relating to transit damage, missing items, or an incorrect product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you whether the return has been approved.

If approved:

For prepaid orders, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details to receive the refund.

The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Any charges specifically identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase, including applicable COD/handling charges, may not form part of the refundable product amount unless the return is due to an error attributable to Rayvon Watches.

Non-Returnable Conditions

A return will not be accepted if:

The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.
The product has been used, worn, damaged, scratched, or mishandled after delivery.
The product has been altered, repaired, resized, or tampered with.
Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, charging accessories, or other supplied items are missing.
The product is returned in a condition different from the condition in which it was originally received.
Damage has occurred due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or failure to follow the product's usage instructions.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact Rayvon Watches Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

Your Order ID
Name and registered contact details
Reason for return
Clear photographs or video, if applicable

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

Important: Please do not send a product back without following the return instructions provided by our support team.

Fair Usage

Our return policy is designed to provide customers with a fair and convenient shopping experience.

Rayvon Watches reserves the right to reject returns in cases of suspected fraud, product swapping, tampering, misuse, repeated abuse of the return policy, or false claims.

Rayvon Watches reserves the right to make the final decision regarding return eligibility after inspection of the returned product.

Free Delivery on Prepaid Orders

Enjoy FREE DELIVERY on all eligible prepaid orders.

Customers who complete their payment online at the time of placing an order will not be charged the standard delivery fee, unless a different charge is specifically displayed at checkout for a particular location or service.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations.

A ₹149 additional COD/handling charge will be applicable to orders placed using the Cash on Delivery payment option.

This additional charge covers costs associated with COD order processing and handling.

The applicable COD charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Order Processing

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner, tracking information may be shared through the contact details provided while placing the order.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume sale periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

Weather conditions
Operational or logistical delays
High-volume sale or promotional periods

Any estimated delivery date provided at checkout or through tracking information is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking details via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Please ensure that the mobile number, email address, and shipping address entered while placing the order are accurate.

Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, mobile number, and other required shipping information.

Rayvon Watches will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery – Important Information

For COD orders, please ensure that:

Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
The correct payable amount is available at the time of delivery where required.
Calls or messages from the courier partner are attended to avoid delivery failure.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders or misuse of the COD facility may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailable after delivery attempts
Customer refusing to accept the order
Incorrect contact information
Failure to respond to the courier partner

the shipment may be returned to us as Return to Origin (RTO).

Any request for re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping or handling charges.

Damaged Package at Delivery

If the outer package appears visibly damaged, torn, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend documenting the package condition before opening it.

Please record a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package and the product inside. This can assist us in verifying claims relating to transit damage, missing items, or an incorrect product.

Delivery Delays

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our direct control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, natural events, government restrictions, or other logistical issues.
